In the third webinar, we will cover the dental procedures and materials used in dentistry such as fluoride, x-rays, novacaine (and other anesthetics), amalgam fillings, composite fillings, dental cements, retainers and braces, root canals, extractions, and dentures. Many of these materials are either toxic or they have disruptive effects on normal body processes. For instance, some materials mimic estrogen and interfere with the endocrine system. This presentation will be a little longer than the others and most of the emphasis will be on fluoride and xenoestrogens.
